1 Services

Greta Milne Fashion Stylist can provide the following services:

A.      Editorial – fashion styling, advice and/or creative direction in relation to published work

B.      Commercial - fashion styling, advice and/or creative direction in relation to companies, branding, advertising etc.

C.      Private - fashion styling, advice and creative direction in relation to an individual, including but not limited to Wardrobe Edits, Personal Shopping and Red Carpets

 

2 Definitions

Greta Milne Fashion Stylist provides the following interpretations in relation to services provided:

A.      Client means a person/brand who purchases a service, including but not limited to an editorial, commercial or private package;

B.      Invoice means a total cost of Work Done once a Service is completed;

C.      Greta Milne Fashion Stylist means the business of fashion styling, operated by Greta Milne and Stylists;

D.     Quote means an estimated cost of work done in order to provide a service to completion;

E.      Service means an editorial, commercial or private fashion styling by a Greta Milne Stylist;

F.      Stylist means a Greta Milne Fashion Stylist and/or employees; and

G.      Work Done means inclusive of, but not limited to the following activities which may be completed by Greta Milne Fashion Stylist:

1.      Face to Face consultation;

2.      Face to Face personal shopping;

3.      Sourcing, Collecting and Returning garments and/or accessories used to conduct and/or complete a service;

4.      Online consultation in relation to services; and

5.      Travel to and from locations, as discussed with client;

6.      Administrative tasks, including emails and phone calls with client, designer or brands; and

7.      Dry Cleaning of garments (if required).

 

3 Quote

Once a client engages with Greta Milne Fashion Stylist via the website and/or email, a Stylist will contact the client for further information and details. Greta Milne Fashion Stylist envisages to communicate with a Client within 2 working days. 

After the requested Service is communicated and confirmed, a Stylist will create a quote in relation to the potential Work Done by the Stylist. This will contain an average estimate for work that may be completed to finalise the Service required by the Client. This will be emailed to the Client.

Whilst the Stylist makes an effort to provide accurate costings, there is potential for prices to fluctuate depending on Work Done.

 

4 Agreement

After the Quote is confirmed between both the Client and Stylist, Greta Milne Fashion Stylist will provide an written agreement to be signed by both the Client and Greta Milne Fashion Stylist.

Once the Agreement is signed and Deposit paid, the Stylist will commence work on the Service.

After signing of the Agreement, the Stylist has an obligation to communicate foreseen changes and/or variations that may apply to the Service.

 

4 Deposit

A 25% deposit of a Quote is required at the time of signing the Agreement. The Deposit would secure a stylist to complete a Service and all Work Done to achieve completion.  

The Deposit must be paid in full by the date listed on the Quote / Agreement.

 

5 Work Done

A Stylist will record hours of Work Done within a Greta Milne Fashion Stylist log. Upon completion of Work Done, an Invoice will be provided to the Client by the Stylist within 5 working days of Service finalisation.  

Please note: Whilst the Stylist makes an effort to provide accurate costings at the time of the Quote, there is potential for prices to fluctuate within the Invoice depending on Work Done.

 

6 Payment

Full payment of the invoice is required by Bank Transfer within 10 working days of Invoice being sent to the Client.

 

7 Travel Costs

A Travel cost will be included in the invoice of any of the Work Done is outside the Perth Metro Area. Fee is calculated on an individual basis.

 

8 Overtime

Overtime will be charged if the Work Done exceeds upon agreed hours. Overtime will be charged by the full hour (60 minutes).

 

9 Parking

If payment for parking in relation to a Service is required, this will be charged to the Client in the invoice. If Parking is foreseen, Greta Milne Fashion Stylist will agree to this charge with the Client beforehand.

 

10 Reschedule of Service

A Client may reschedule the Service free of charge with 2 working days notice.

 

11 Cancellation

If the Service is cancelled with less than 2 working days notice, the Deposit will be retained.

 

12 Unforeseen Circumstances / Waiver

Cancellation, rescheduling, or agreement waivers are at the Stylist’s discretion.

Special considerations are given in the event of COVID-19.

 

13 Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously at Greta Milne Fashion Stylist and will never share your details with any third parties.

 

14 Copyright / Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, copyright in all works and subject matter is owned by Greta Milne Fashion Stylist. This includes but is not limited to website content, logos, images, photos and text. All works by Greta Milne is the property of Greta Milne Fashion Stylist and is therefore protected by Australian and international copyright and other intellectual property laws.
